Kid with vine leaves


Ingredients

1 kilo kid, cut into medium-sized pieces
2 cups olive oil
2 bunches spring onions, finely chopped
2 bunches dill, finely chopped
300gr vine leaves, boiled
3 cups water
Salt and pepper

Preparation

Brown the meat in olive oil with the onion and the dill, for 10 minutes. Add water and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the vine leaves and simmer for another 20 minutes.
