Ingredients
1 chicken
2 cups breadcrumb
1 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Cut the meat into big portions, season with salt and pepper, plunge each portion in milk and dip its entire surface in breadcrumbs.
Lay a greaseproof paper on a baking pan and brush it with butter or olive oil. Then arrange the portions on top and bake without turning them over.
