Ingredients
1/2 kilo lima beans
1 onion
1/2 kilo tomatoes
1 cup olive oil
1/2 kilo cod
Pepper
Preparation
Boil the beans until half done. Strain and place them again in the pot with oil, onion and tomatoes. Cover them with water and before they are done, chop the soaked cod into medium-sized pieces and add it into the pot. Add a little pepper, let it boil for a while and serve.
