Ingredients
1 kilo moray Preparation Wash and clean the moray. Saute the onions with oil and add ground tomatoes, as well as finely chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper and let boil for a while. Add the fish, stir and let it simmer, until the sauce thickens.
