Preparation:
Remove the stalks from the grapes, which should be selected f or their freshness and firmness. Wash them, and put them into a pan in alternate layers with the sugar. Leave them for one night so that the moisture exudes from the fruit and the sugar dissolves. Next day, boil the mixture until the sugar has completely dissolved and a syrup has formed. Finally, add the geranium leaves, let the mixture boil for a short while again and then remove it from the heat. When it is cold, pour it into clean jars to store.
