Ingredients 2 glasses almonds, crushed 1 1/2 glasses sugar 3 eggs 3 tablespoons rusk, grated 2 tablespoons cocoa 1 tablespoon cinnamon |
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients and mix well; shape the almond macaroons; place them on an oiled greaseproof paper. Top each one of them with 1/2 almond and bake them in the oven for 10 minutes.
