Preparation
Mix the ingredients for the pastry sheet and knead into a soft dough. Prepare a syrup with the sugar, the honey and the water and next, pour in the rest of the ingredients for the filling.
Divide the dough into small balls, roll them out, make a hole in the middle and place 1 teaspoon filling on them. Reshape into balls resembling a kourabies. Bake at moderate temperature until golden brown. Cool and sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar.
