Lamb with mizithra cheese

Ingredients

1.5 kilo lamb
1 kilo mizìthra cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Score the lamb, season with salt and pepper and bake at moderate temperature. When nearly done, cover with the mizithra cheese and bake thoroughly.
